9777bet Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 9777bet platform and all services under it. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

9777bet is an online gaming platform offering sports betting, casino games, slots, and live casino services. Using any part of the platform means you are subject to these Terms.

These Terms have been drawn up in Bengali and are written for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

1.1 Scope of Services

The 9777bet platform includes the following services: sports betting (cricket, football, and other sports), casino games, live casino, slot games, and virtual games. Specific additional rules may apply to each service and can be found in the relevant section.

1.2 Legal Obligations

The decision to use or not use this platform is entirely the user's own responsibility. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws applicable in your country or region.

To create an account on 9777bet, users must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete information is prohibited, and the platform reserves the right to suspend or cancel such accounts.

2.1 Registration Terms

• Each user may open only one account — opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, email, or mobile number is strictly prohibited.
• Account details (username, password, email, mobile number) must be accurate and your own.
• Opening an account on behalf of someone else or using another person's identity is not permitted.
• Registration in the name of a corporate entity or organization is not allowed.

2.2 Identity Verification

9777bet may at any time ask users to submit relevant documents for identity verification. The right to restrict withdrawals or other services until the required verification is completed is reserved.

All services on 9777bet are for persons aged 21 or above only. Minors (under 21) may not use this platform. If a user provides false information about their age, their account will be closed immediately and all balances in that account may be forfeited.

It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that their minor children or dependants do not access this platform. 9777bet accepts no liability in this regard.

Ensuring the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. You should not share your password, OTP, or login details with anyone.

4.1 Security Guidelines

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, log out at the end of your session.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• Do not log in through phishing sites or unfamiliar links.

4.2 Shared Account Use

Only one person should operate an account. Allowing a third party to use your account or placing bets on someone else's behalf is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account may be permanently closed.

All financial transactions on 9777bet are processed through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following limits apply to each deposit and withdrawal.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (by any method).
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted, and no responsibility will be taken for returning such funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800 (by any method).
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• To withdraw funds earned from bonuses, the wagering requirement must be met.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

5.3 Transaction Verification

If any transaction appears suspicious, 9777bet may place the withdrawal on hold and request additional verification. If the required information is not provided, the funds concerned may be forfeited.

9777bet currently offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• To become eligible to withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.
• For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500 — to withdraw, you must place bets totalling ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.
• A bonus is never treated as direct cash; you cannot withdraw directly from a bonus before the wagering requirement has been met.

6.2 Promotional Terms

Read the relevant terms carefully before taking part in any promotion. 9777bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If bonus abuse is proven (such as claiming a bonus on multiple accounts), all accounts involved will be closed and the bonuses forfeited.

All bets and games on 9777bet are governed by the general rules below. Separate detailed rules also exist for each game category.

7.1 Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is accepted after a match or event has started and it is later found that the event had already ended, that bet will be considered void.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 9777bet reserves the right to void that bet.

7.2 Result Determination

Sports betting results are determined on the basis of official announcements by internationally recognised bodies (ICC, FIFA, BPL authorities, etc.). In the event of any dispute over a result, 9777bet's final decision shall be the standard.

7.3 System Errors

If a software or hardware error affects the outcome of any game, 9777bet reserves the right to void that round or game and refund the stake. Any winnings obtained as a result of an error will automatically be considered void.
